From the first greeting to the final departure, my Servdry experience was just right. I appreciated being able to schedule a time certain, vs a 4-hour window, and the technician was on-the-dot punctual. The carpet and upholstery cleaning was thorough and meticulous. The furniture was handled carefully and the machine was guided around corners, avoiding contact with my walls. I was so pleased that I scheduled ongoing service every 6 months.
